Job description:

The Project Implementer: will be based at the Waynad district with frequent travel to field areas. He /she is supposed to implement action research activity under the guidance of Project Coordinator based in Delhi.


1.Coordination and linkages with district and block level, government officials

2.Capacity building of the selected volunteers in the project area

3.Facilitate the development of IEC material.

4.Dissemination of IEC material

5.Assistance in carry out training as per the project requirement

6.Developing implementation planning and delivering the activities within timeline.

7.Regular coordination with project coordinator and the volunteers identified in the project area

8.Ensuring monthly reporting to the project coordinator

9.Supervise the activities to be conducted in the project area

10.Networking with local media and active participation on social media

Required Qualification and Skills:

1.Masters degree in Social Work

2.Fluent in English and Hindi

3.Personal two wheeler vehicle for extensive local travelling.

  1. Efficient time management skill, willingness to work with tight deadline and ability to work in complex and diverse working environment.

5.Well versed with computer applications, data analyses, Word Processing, Power Point Presentations.

Experience: 0-3 years

Duration: 1st May 2021 till 31st December 2021

Remuneration: Rs.22, 500/- per month along with travel expenses.

Travel Requirements: Mostly in the project area but must be comfortable to travel in other area as per the project need.
